An interesting thing keep in mind at least when comparing stats to Brendan Rice is that Rice had a significantly better QB throwing him the ball. Their numbers are pretty even anyways.
Mel Kiper seems to like him.

Kiper says he would have gone much higher with another year at UAB. Was not invited to combine. Has long arms and 4.45 speed. Can take the top off the defense. Kiper says he has an excellent chance to make the team.
