I’ve seen better pickup games at the local rec center with 35 year olds.

It’s hard to imagine these players are a step away from the NBA.
A vast majority of the aren't. I would say 2 per roster MAX actually make and play for NBA teams on average. There are a few more that might get a roster spot or 2-way here or there, but they won't stick. Take out all the drafted rookies, and you see a huge dropoff of NBA players.

Man the Summer League is brutal.

Dunn looks great on defense though. Shooting stats are ugly but I think the team is telling him to take shots he normally wouldn't.

Quite the box score for the #2 pick, Alex Sarr.

Half the top 10 picks will flame out yet everyone freaking out over the 55th pick. I’m no Lebron honk but there’s a lot of fake outrage going on.

The media attention of Bronny is laughable.

That said, you strong arm your team into drafting your kid and give him an unprecedented contract... it's going to get some extra attention.

The fake outrage is funny stuff. What did any of these people expect? He was bad in college, he is bad now. The Lakers did LeBron a solid after he briefly resurrected their franchise from the dead. If he hadn't signed as a free agent they'd probably be on a 10 year run of missing the playoffs.

I'm really liking both Dunn and Oso. Oso is extremely cerebral, I think he's going to get along with Book and KD really well. The PHNX guys speculated that both those guys will push Bud to play Oso more as the season goes on.

I really like to hear this stuff from Keith Smith about Oso Ighodaro.

Roddy didn't look to good. He has to go, i'm not sure what they were thinking for a 3rd year guy with better FA still available.

Roddy played well against the Pacers, but the Suns have bigger needs. IMO, he is an improvement over Wainright.

tells me everything I need to know.

I found Roddy intriguing initially but of the opinion he has no business being on a NBA roster in any capacity. We are trying to showcase him for a value trade which is an utter failure.

I'm not so sure. I think that Roddy's only skill is, if he has space, he can jump. That is not much.

If we attach a 2nd rounder to him, maybe we can trade him for a little bit less trash player than he is.

I think David Roddy is a better player than Ish Wainright and Isaiah Thomas who played on the team last season, but I think the Suns will look to waive or trade him, especially because his contract next season is not guaranteed.

Ryan Dunn took off well before the free throw line on this dunk.

The Suns play the Thunder today, with the game in the 3rd quarter. It's televised on NBA TV.

Presently, the Suns trail 58-54.

The Suns (1-2) beat the Thunder (0-3) 100-99 today in a game just finished.

Summer League or no, that last 7 minutes or so was crazy.

Dunn barely touched the ball on offense, but his defense was fantastic. Roddy finally looked like a leader, don't know if it's enough, but this was his first truly good game of the summer.

I don't have NBA TV but I was watching the ESPN box score with the Thunder ahead with two seconds left with them up by two.

I kept saying, come on Roddy hit a three. Three free throws is good enough.

Keep in mind two teams with no wins between them. One has to win the game, right?

I taped the games, i guess I’ll watch this one. Who is this Wong guy?

Thank you for posting the box score link:)

He had to double pump to get the foul, because the defense was solid until he did that. So credit where credit is due, it was pretty smart to get the foul that way. And it was definitely a foul, no question.

Kellan Olson thinks Boo Buie will find his rhythm. He may be right.
