Watched episode 1 last night, pretty awesome. I thought it was funny how it didn't take long for Jeff Bridges' rug to got soiled, with blood this time. Too bad, it really tied the room together.

I watched this last night (though I think a new episode will hit Hulu today). It's really good.

Bummed when I found out this got a Season 2. Really has the feel of a 1 season Limited Series to it.

We fell asleep in an episode that had a ton of subtitles now having trouble getting back into it. My wife has moved on from the show, which means I am screwed.

This got slower than molasses and as the series wears on, I can really feel the Covid production of it all.

This show is horrible it started off so damn good

And now I’m just hoping Jeff Bridges dies.

That last episode just turned me off.

Yeah what the heck happened? It started out so intriguing and became so boring.

One answer might be they needed to totally change the show mid-stream. Bridges got cancer in the middle of it, had to go thru treatments, then got Covid and almost died. So they not only cut their episode order from 10 to 7 for him but had to cut wayyyyyy back on anything requiring him to exert a lot of energy.

That explains so much. Maybe I'll try to finish again.

Oh wow.

That might explain the story shift from action to family drama

Even knowing what happened, it really wasn’t worth watching. The twists are blatantly obvious and the finale was just like… really? That’s it?

You’re not missing much.

Giving this show another chance because it was so good early. Just hope he's healthy enough to do it justice. I can't remember what I might have missed, but it doesn't sound like much, and I can catch up with the recap.

I think I watched the first 4 shows and really liked it, but, the third or maybe 4th ,I didn't care for. Didn't watch the last (2?) shows.

This whole season screams of authorial need. The writers needed the characters to be in a certain place, so they bent a character all out of whack to force it to happen. That's been clunky and hamfisted. The rest of the content is good enough, and the acting is tight as hell, but man, I just don't buy many of the character decisions.
