Rest and injuries it’s pretty simple…I don't understand the training camp body theory. You have a limited number of reps and practice time. Why not give the reps to players who will be on the team versus someone who will not be in the NFL in three weeks.
Or reps for scout team members. Hell even two or three places at a time doing 7 on 7 drills. You can only go up against the same guy so many times.Rest and injuries it’s pretty simple…
