Great. But if he continues to suck so badly in pass pro he close to unplayable.
It's a real concern. Run-blocking wise he looks the part already and you can see why he was drafted in the third round. But pass-blocking is below starting level in the NFL. He had the highest run-blocking grade on the team and by far the worst pass-blocking.
He most likely will settle into the role and build chemistry to improve that. He was throw in there mid-game. practicing and playing with Froholdt and Beachum will stabilize that to an extend.
I, however, doubt that will be enough to bring it up to an acceptable level. Adams need to adjust to the NFL level in pass-pro fast as well.
We'll see how it goes, but if he does, it becomes interesting for the future. He's already closing in on Hernandez's level in run-blocking (very small sampling size).
