The OL did not have a good game. I'm not sure what happened with the blocking scheme but too many times there were free rushers coming off of the left side unblocked.

Also the Power of Will Hernandez was sorely missed in this game. Colon was getting knocked back by the Hawks DTs all game. Not to mention Brown also had his worst game and was also getting knocked back by the Hawks DTs.

Can someone please tell me why Murray decides to give up on the pass to run when the pocket he has is clean?

Back to the point of the post: Why Cards didn’t/couldn’t run. It looked to me that Seattle had more guys on the defensive line than the Cardinals had blockers. Seattle continued throughout the game to crash linebackers, presenting more run pressure on the Cards. Kyler couldn’t/didn’t recognize where the pressure was coming from, so the passing game was flat because he was constantly under pressure. Hope the coaches learned from this game because if they didn’t, we’ll see this for the rest of the season.

I don't think it is a coaching problem; it is a KM problem. Kyler needs to know when there are more rushers than blockers and hit the hot receiver. He is in his 6th year, was the #1 pick and makes $45M a year. He should be able to read a defense.
