Thank you, in this particular case it was a good decision that I went to sleep at halftime.I admire your dedication as a Suns fan.

Come on, Booker is a level above Houston.I like the Allen Houston comparison.

No, he was not. Houston was a pure jump-shooter, Booker is a more versatile scorer and a better passer and defender as well. It’s not a pound for pound comp. Houston was a really good all around offensive player but was never going to be the #1 on a true contender. I don’t really count the 99’ lockout season where NY made the finals.

I don't really think it's that simple. I'd agree that the best course is to build around a generational player and that is not Devin. But I still believe we could win it all with the right mix of talent around him, I just don't believe it's possible anymore for us to get that mix of talent given our limited resources. So I'd move Durant, Booker and every other veteran with a heartbeat and start all over. It would probably take 7 to 10 years to crawl out of the hole we've dug for ourselves and again reach contender status but right now, with our current core, we're going nowhere. And I see no way to change that without a complete overhaul. You’re missing the point but that’s cool. Booker is a really good offensive player but the Suns aren’t going anywhere if he’s our best player. Maybe win one playoff series here and there.

Yes, unfortunately I keep getting this conclusion when I try to analyze where are the Suns now and that's a sad thing. What is probably even more sad, that Ishbia will not realize and admit this for years. I truly hope, that his evaluation will be proven right and ours/mine will be proven wrong.I don't really think it's that simple. Just watching the Miami game and Oso having his off arm ripped off the ball on a dunk. Evidentially, yes.Just curious if the opponent is allowed to foul the off arm of the shooter. Booker got hit a couple of times there on the final play.
This is a good team when all of the big 3 are healthy, just not a contender that can win a title. Matt and the execs want to brainwash the public their moves were good enough to win a title by blaming coaching but it isn't the case. The team is just good not at a contending level like you see with Boston. Even last year's Wolves or Nuggets team would take a team like this out rather easily again. We may advance in the playoffs with the right match ups but this is not a championship level team, in my opinion. The sooner the Suns front office realises this the better.
I don’t even know if that’s true. With KD we were winning games by the skin of our teeth at the beginning of the year. This a good team when Kd is healthy.

Also, the when healthy caveat just doesn’t matter when he’s so injury prone. His health or lack thereof has to be factored into the overall status of the team.
That’s fair. KD is that much of a difference maker when healthy… but dude just can’t stay healthy.I said good not great. But at least we are not winning. Good enough to be mostly competitive.

Yup. Homerun swing and missed wildly. And we all knew health would be an issue with Beal and KD.
