I'm so glad we only used a vanilla game plan the first time we played them

So we can get blown out in this game

Lol at this coaching staff having the nerve to look forward to a game when we hadn't earned anything

When will this team ever figure it out?

I didn't say it at the time but that 4 game winning streak was an illusion, we're just not a good team, we have some pieces here and there but just not good overall. And KM is not the answer either, he is never going to lead a team, bash away but , again I will reiterate, in year 6 this is who he is, no more "next year" "if we only had" "needs to turn a corner" , this is what he is

If MO and JG fail here we are absolutely cooked with Bidwill starting again.

So far I have zero faith this will turn out well.

If they 1-3 in the final games and next season start bad it is going to be terrible as a fan base.

If they finish 1-3 then JG and MO should be on the hot seat heading into the season. That would be a damning finish to this season and a referendum on the roster and coaching.

Idk about JG, but MO will not be on any hot seat. I don’t think there has been a single time in NFL history where a GM got fired after 4 seasons.

Hopefully, they have a long leash, especially since the ownership saddled them with their current QB.

They will get no such thing when turn arounds happen overnight in the NFL.

2 years of drafts and FA and it looks like a regression for everyone involved.

The most prized draft picks PJJ and MHJ look lost on the field.

Meanwhile the coaching staff can’t come up with game plans to stop teams or get in the end zone.

This last game was just the cherry on top of a three game losing streak where everything has been failing.

My question is did MO/JG want any high $$$$ FA's this past off season and were told "here is X amount of dollars, don't spend more than that" by Bidwill? Hard to build a solid team with handcuffs on...
Who cares if this is true that’s what they signed up for get the job done or don’t take the job.

If you're not given the money to get the right "tools" it can be impossible to get the job done.

Again don’t take the job it’s as simple as that. You can’t complain and say you weren’t given tools.

The first guy that they interviewed for GM turned down the job. There’s a reason for that.

So you think there's a GM candidate out there who can build a contender on a shoestring budget? It's not the GM or coach that's the problem, it's the owner...

I have no idea but it doesn't matter because MO and JG said they could get the job done right?

They signed up for a crappy owner and you can't use the crappy owner as an excuse. Everyone knows who Bidwill is the only way he stops being an owner is if the NFL says so. The fastest way for that to happen is for people to turn down working for him.

JG will get another shot as a DC MO will never be a GM again if he fails here.

The lack of pressure on Geno Smirh was the difference that really stood out. A big time DT and pass rusher are musts despite the fact that the D wasn't playing too bad previous the last loss to Seattle. Maybe they're like a backup qb; eventually they'll get figured out. Not a bad year but they need to get back to overachieving. Seattle enveloped the rushers. Game set match at that point.

I feel like a straight tool for believing this team was actually good. Yesterday proved that was a pipe dream. Good teams don't get manhandled in their own house with everything in front of them. Embarrassing effort.
