so this is from SF oriented account -- but the thread has lots of interesting info on a bunch of attributes. You can see where the Cards ended up relative to the rest of the NFL on strength of schedule, injuries, penalties, etc.

I love the leadership that White bring to the defense.

I love his physical violent style of play and the attitude that he brings to the D

I really like White paired with Wilson in the middle of the Defense.

Why mess with something that is good? I will be very disappointed if they don't bring back White.

This has always been a problem with this franchise… constantly plugging holes of our own making (see Zach Allen or Murphy for recent proof) with cheaper options, instead of building on top of the talent that’s already there. That’s not to say I think White is in either of those guys’ class, but he’s a solid part of what we hope is a budding defense that’s just one or two impact makers away from being a true force. This just feels like another one of those situations where we’re going to start the offseason making even more holes for ourselves to fill, but we’re not even talking about a FA who will even come close to breaking the bank this time.

Hope to be proven wrong, but my guess is White’s as good as gone and when he eventually signs somewhere else, we’ll all be wondering why the Cards couldn’t have gotten him back for the same price.

Definitely a pet peeve. White is a perfect example. He is at worse adequate, a leader and fits the culture. Retain him a work on filling another spot that may be deemed inadequate.

The Arizona Cardinals have met with Ex-Sun Devil, Colorado Edge BJ Green II per
@_RyanFowler_
BJ Green at 6’1 270lbs led the Big 12 in pressures this year with 43 and finished the 2024 season with 33 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 2 FF and a FR. The search for pass rushers
Are they allowed contact with potential draftees now?

I found this. Sounds like he has loose knee caps. :( We might look OT early in the draft

The Arizona Cardinals aren’t revealing anything about the specifics of the right knee injury suffered by right tackle Jonah Williams, but Dr. David Chao (sicscore.com; @ProFootballDoc) believes there is “worry for patella subluxation (partial dislocation). Had the problem before. Also, worry is this time right knee worse (than subluxation) and will need surgery like (his) left knee.”

Also problematic is that the injury is to his outside leg.

If it is worse, Chao believes the best-case scenario is that Williams will miss 6-to-8 weeks, but that he won’t play again this season if surgery is necessary.

During the 2022 season while with the Cincinnati Bengals, Williams suffered a subluxation in his right knee in Week 5 against the Baltimore Ravens, but didn’t miss any games or snaps until the postseason

Chao, who was the San Diego Chargers team physician for 17 years and appears regularly on SiriusXM NFL Radio, doesn’t have access to tests done on Williams, but his experience in the NFL allows him to provide credible opinions by viewing video of injuries and the knowledge he has of them.

This is the first injury isn’t it.

It is, but according to CBS, it's the same injury that was reaggravated against Carolina and the same injury he had on the other knee in 2022. His knee caps seem bad!

I asked Hall of Fame WR and ex-Ohio State star Cris Carter about MHJ."You could see in certain periods during the season that he looked a little bit fatigued, which we expect. But I thought he had an outstanding season for a rookie. ... I think he’s a big-time player."
