Yeah, def an overstatement on Barkley. More like playing at a level this season that ranks amongst the best seasons All-Time.
That I can agree with for sure.

Simple question here….. has the NFL disputed the bias on officiating for the Chiefs? I don’t remember reading anything ever coming out.

I’m not a fan of either team but one wonders. Questionable interception changed to a catch when the ball clearly taps the ground during the scrum. At least two if not three blocking in the back on the return that generated excellent field position. Come on man!

i was looking at Saquon's work load:

he has more than 400 carries so far this year -- with a game to go. Add another 40 touches on receptions --

thats a ton--

Ehhh he’s built like a brick poo house and super strong. Look at RBs back in the day like Emmitt, Dickerson, Payton and many more etc…. It was not uncommon for them to get 380+ carries in a season. Regular season with only 16 games on top of another 40-60 receptions. In addition to deep playoff runs. Yet had very lengthy extremely successful careers. People have been brainwashed by RBBC these days. He’s fine.

Emmit Smith only had 370+ rushing attempts twice in his career -- and never after his age 27 season. Dickerson had four seasons over 370 rushes in his 10-year career. Walter Payton only had a single season with more than 370 rushing attempts.

Emmitt had seasons of 365, 368, 377 during his career. On top of all the catches and playoff runs.

Not sure why you’re trying to downplay his workload in his career. He had 3 other seasons with well over 300 carries…. Worrying about Saquons work load is silly.

Walter had multiple season in line with what Saquon did this year over 320 Carries and a couple of 370 and 369.

And 40% of Dickerson career so like I said this type of workload used to be common. Now we treat them with kid gloves and worry about. Seems silly.

I don’t know how “common” a handful of seasons in three hall of fame careers is supposed to be or what it proves.

This is a good read on the Curse of 370.

It's the best team in the NFC vs. the best team in the AFC. Isn't that what the SB is supposed to be? I'd much rather see this than the Commanders vs. the Texans.
I don’t know that sounds a lot like you wouldn’t have wanted to see us in the Super bowl at 9-7 back in 2008… Yet we we’re part of one of the best Super Bowls ever played.

but the Cards were the best team. They just messed around and made it interesting to give other teams false hope .

But you're right, if I wasn't a Cards fan, I probably wouldn't have been thinking it was great.

That’s the difference America normally has someone to root for. This Super Bowl America doesn’t have a team to root for. You poll the majority of football watching Americans and they will pick the I hope they both lose option. I am going to bet a bunch of props and the over and root for that there won’t be a team I want to win.

First and foremost I have never been a Brady fanboy.

I want to congratulate Tom on his inclusion to the superbowl’s broadcasting team.

From his first broadcast I had to admit he was good, damn good.

I wasn’t expecting to watch the game but reconsidered my position as his insight and delivery is worth the watch.

Exactly like the Bills game, I will pick the Chiefs even though I would prefer the Eagles to win AND I will again pick 3 penalties that will impact the game positively for the Chiefs and lead to at least 10 points.
