    Speaking as someone who has been a Spurs fan since the 70's I can tell you that there is always at least some luck involved, but it really comes down to mental toughness, and being able to grind out games where you aren't shooting that well, but can still win on stops. Team defense wins...

    Sorry it didn't work out guys....still, congratulations on a great season! I guess the league got their dream finals again. Lakers vs Celtics (like either one needs another championship). Guess I'm going to have to route for the Celtics although I don't think they can beat the Lakers this year...

    Congrats guys!!! It's a series now. Go beat them in LA! Got to win at least one there, and game 5 is always the pivotal game in a best of 7 (providing you get to game 5...which we didn't.....lol).

    Unfortunately I think you may be right. I'll be routing for you, but I think you may have the same problem Utah did, only you're better than them. Bynum, Odom and Gasol were the keys to the Lakers dominance of Utah because of Utah's lack of paint players. They are the keys in this series...
