    Depending on how you define 2nd tier then. My definition. Above average = 2nd tier. His appraisals from national media, experts and his salary would certainly support that grouping. 5 - Star 4 - above average 3 - solid starter 2 - Fringe starter - solid back-up 1 - Deep back-up

    I love him, but he is not better than Hudson though. He is, however, a fantastic fit to the team and scheme. He struggled in pass-protection especially against the big NTs, but the run-blocking, his pulls and ability to reach the 2nd level. Wow!

    If you put it in on the tail-end of a bad situation, then it's an issue. Agree. But I would imagine that this is standard practice for all NFL teams given the "industry" has so much media attention

    I quoted the wrong percentage, so my bad. :-) My number tells the number of TE snaps left on the field after McBride had his share last season. 660 snaps left for Tip and Higgins to share if the counts remains the same
