    Murray Speculation

I am not assuming Brown will sign another contract in AZ. All it will take is one team to offer him an oversized contract and he is gone. I don't care how good a buddy he is with Murray, money will win out. If the team drafts Harrison Jr., Brown may not like playing second fiddle to him...

    OT: Raiders Clean House

You are not cash poor when you are the ninth most profitable franchise in the NFL in 2022. $160 million in 2022. If you don't understand that then I don't know what to tell you.

    OT: Raiders Clean House

Cash poor is fake news. They may be poor cap wise but Davis is not cash strapped. Mark Davis paid $6 million for the 6.32-acre lot in August 2020, and the 15,046 square foot home is located in a private luxury community called Ascaya. A city permit states that the mansion will include five...

    We are #1

I think there is a darkhorse in this race and that is Green Bay. At 2-5 they are not trending up (4 losses in a row) and they are not looking good right now. Include a weak schedule and they are certainly in contention to grab a top 3 spot.

    OT: Raiders Clean House

With the average amount of income an NFL team hauls in and the Raiders doing even better than the average, I don't think there is too much thought given to eating a contract of a HC. In all probability, their income will continue to increase in future years. The Las Vegas Raiders also have a...

    Dobbs to the Vikings

Thank you Mr. Dobbs for your services while in a Cardinal uniform. We know you gave us your best as limited as that may have been. You were thrust into a no win situation and made the best of it. Good luck in your future endeavors.

    News of the Seahawks Game

I think with Humphries his position on the team will come down to how the team wants to manage the cap. As you can see below there is a substantial cap savings with him gone otherwise he is just short of eating up $23 million in cap space.

    2024 Draft Countdown/NFL Prospects thread

Similar thing in the OSU/PSU game. PSU had a 4th and one at midfield, PSU sends a player in motion and Allar (6'-5", 240 lbs. who can run) in shotgun and play goes to motion man who drops the pass. In first half, this play happens. They call #25 for PSU for holding. What you don't see is the...

    2024 Draft Countdown/NFL Prospects thread

For all the accolades that the PSU defense has gotten, you would have thought Diaz would have accounted for Harrison better. Instead Harrison ran all over the field and killed them with the crossing pattern over and over.

4 Arizona Cardinals who need to show they're worth retaining in 2024

Because it probably won't be that hard to find replacements for them that may be better in the draft or a couple vets who would contribute more.

    Myjai, We Hardly Knew Thee

We need to remember that Thomas was drafted as a QB, not a TE in 2014. Thomas refused to even consider switching positions for his first 2-3 seasons in the NFL.

The Arizona Cardinals should not break the bank for Marquise Brown

I would either try and move him before the trade deadline if you don't intend to resign him. If you can't then let him test the market to see what the offers are. I agree, Brown isn't as good when there is no true #1 to take the focus off of him.

With James Conner Ailing, Cardinals Claim Running Back

Why are we even carrying a guy like Corey Clément if he isn't going to be used and we bring in a guy like Jones to fill Connor's spot?

True or not, none of it surprises me..

I'm just not understanding those who are downplaying the article and saying it has no meat to it, no specifics, no facts. Almost everything in it is first person accounts of what went on in the organization. Are the naysayers saying these are just unhappy, disgruntled employees? All 100 of...

True or not, none of it surprises me..

You really need to go back and re-read the article. Most of it is based on first hand experience of employees. Not sure what else you need to as to hard facts.

True or not, none of it surprises me..

This certainly explains why this organization is in the shape it's in. Add to this the player survey placing the Cardinal organization at the bottom of the list for facilities and you have a recipe for failure. Can we say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree?

State of the franchise after 5 games of Gannon and new GM era

I think the coaching staff has done a good job of wringing out every last drop of talent available to them, however it's just not enough at this point. The talent bucket just isn't full enough to send out a team that will be able to compete from week to week for an entire 60 minutes. Any...
