    yeah I remember hearing that back when I lived in Phoenix almost 20 years ago now. some things just don't change. I don't think much will change in Dallas when Jerry is out of the picture if he turns the keys over to his kids. they need to hire a GM that is not part of their family.

    thanks, I really do love ASFN. it's not hard to exist here because the cowboys are so mediocre now.     This is probably the first time in my life as a cowboys fan where I literally have no emotion watching them. this is the fourth straight home game that they have been destroyed in the first half of a game on both sides of the ball. packers, saints, ravens, and now the lions.

    USA beat Panama 2-0 last night in Austin. Musah finally gets a goal. I hope he features more under the new manager. Pulisic and a few other players have been released back to their clubs for load management. USA will be without them vs. Mexico in that friendly.

    2 of the last 3 years they have been outscored 83-3 by Texas. OU have really gone backwards from an offensive standpoint since Lincoln Reily left. Their defense has improved though. OU was the opposite of what they are during the Lincoln Reily Era. they could score but could not defend.
