Guys take a listen to this: Some of this I knew but a bunch of it was not only eye opening but infuriating. It really sheds a clearer light on the demise of ASU football. I rarely do this but I am going to re-listen to it again and really pay closer attention.- AZCB34

The probation is four years. We don’t know how many years they are cutting scholarships…not how many. Some quick research shows Penn State was hit with 10 scholarship restrictions for a four year period but they got them reinstated after two years. The one promising thing after listening to the SOTD podcast is that Leavitt has gotten better as spring practices have gone on. I like hearing that since I think it speaks to him getting the offense and developing those on field relationships with the first stringers- AZCB34

Meh, I guess the scholarships hurt but I’m not sure it really affects recruiting line it would have 20 years ago. ASU likely isn’t in the running for aBig12 title so I’m not sure how truly badly the lost scholarships really hurt. Maybe if there is an epidemic of injuries like last year…- AZCB34

Jaden Rashada - transferring
He certainly has a stellar high school career but he only saw limited action at MSU and looks like it was mostly mop up duty? I like his size since I think that helps with durability issues you mentioned. Hard to say how he will turn out but I am, as always, hopeful.- AZCB34

You might be right but do you honestly think they can land someone better than Hurley? I’m skeptical they can. As for Bloomquist, the fact he has never coached on any level and was handed the keys to a blue blood baseball program speaks to the piss poor workings of the athletics department under...- AZCB34
