    Booker is still the primary ball handler when CP3 is resting. Hence the continued turnovers. At least Book does not have to play both positions when the game is on the line as in past years. He is simply not a combo Guard. And the more he has to run the offense, the less time he is spending...

    The Suns opened a double-digit lead in the latter part of the 2nd quarter. 53-40 at the half. Prior to that they were playing even. It is so nice to see the Suns not playing catch-up all game. Players' emotions are an important part of the game and catch-up wears you down. The fans, too.

    Phil's younger brother, Joe Niekro, also a Major League pitcher, passed away in 2006. But he did not have a legendary career.

    But even more than the stats are how he plays. So far, Ayton plays weakly. He doesn't make things happen, either on offense or defense. And he has missed far too much time in his first two years. whether by suspension or fouls.
