Slow Build Policy (please read)

3rd policy - DO NOT put any points into your special abilities. These will have no affect on your player until your about lvl. 20 The only way to put any points there is to at least reach the 3rd cap. Really best if two majors are at 3rd cap. If you have already done so, no biggie....but...

I think we can still use this thread to begin sketching out some plays w/ notes on assignment options so that we'll be halfway prepared next season. Looking at this example - it looks like we can have plenty of killer passing plays.
