    The thing about Mayock is that he is fantastic at analyzing DB. Also he isn't the 1st person to project him more as a safety than a CB. I don't know about the Rolle comparison though, he's much bigger and more athletic.

    I wonder if that means if he still wants to coach, but the Steelers don't resign him if he'll just retire. I'm sure that won't be the case as long as he commits to another 4+ years, but would the Steelers resign him, and risk losing Butler if he would only sign for 2 years.

    I just want the QB position fixed. Orton for our 3rd (or next years second), and Gabbert in the first, to go with Skelton is a good mix of youth and experience. Fix it, and get it right, and use FA to fill the other holes on the roster.

    I don't have any idea, but can we not even trade for a player under contract without a new CBA. I understand not being able to sign free agents, that don't have a contract, but seems we could still trade for someone if they have a contract.

    There isn't a franchise LT in this draft, so you don't take an OL at 5. I'd be ok with trading down with say Jax, to pick up an extra second and third and taking one there.

    I agree we are probably closer to a 4-3 than a 3-4 personnel wise right now, but we'd still need a big MLB. Alot of people seem to hammer on the DL's play this year, and I agree it probably didn't improve from last year, but keep in mind the job of the D-line in a 3-4 is to keep the blockers...

    Yeah, I actually like Gradkowski alot as a bridge for a few years, but that's based more on the Raiders just playing better when he's in there. Haven't seen him play much, or know if he's a good fit for Whiz. Boss would be fine, I just prefer Lewis. I'm not sure how much longer Jax will go...
