Booker keeps himself busy all off-season so it's no surprise he works himself into game shape during the early season. He seems to suffer a November or December injury and then finds a rhythm around the turn of the calendar. I'll be worried if he's playing poorly in January or February.- Hoop Head

I remember those All-Star jerseys from 95 quite well, which is primary influence for those city jerseys. So the nostalgia definitely hits for me but I'm more emotionally linked to those than the western font jerseys pre-Barkley and AWA. All-Star jerseys.... And the All-Star logo that same...- Hoop Head

For anyone with interest, here's the box score for the Pelicans vs Thunder game. Unsurprisingly the Thunder were outrebounded 58-31 but they lost by 18 points regardless, 106-88. The Thunder went super small the other day. No player taller than 6'6" in their starting 5. SGA - 6'6" Dort - 6'3" Jalen Williams -6'5" Isaiah Joe - 6'4" Cason Wallace - 6'4" Their tallest starter was their PG. Ousmane Dieng is 6'10" and saw 15 minutes. Injuries didn't help. I don't think they made that much of a difference though. The Kings were without Monk and DeRozen only played the first half. Losing a player in game is typically harder to overcome since you can gameplan for someone not being available. Having to switch things up halfway...- Hoop Head

To be fair they're the only 3 centers the Suns have. The team desperately needs a C/PF or PF/C.. I have some hope that Okogie might have some trade value. He's making $8.25m this year, unguaranteed next season but can be picked up for $7.75m.- Hoop Head

Royce is really good but when he's forced to be our #2 or #3 then we're in trouble. He's a great #4 or #5. I think I like Monte Morris more than Tyus Jones as well. Tyus is out of position on defense a lot and is too tentative to shoot.- Hoop Head
