    The defense is actually better with Eubanks or Bol on the floor than Nurkic. The offense is however way better with Nurkic on the floor. That is why his +/- numbers are so good. Some of that is certainly who he is sharing the court with of course.

    I think he is a defensive liability against certain matchups, but can often make up for it by being a bully on the other end of the floor. There is a reason why we at times close games with no true big men out there all together and defense is a big part of why we go to that lineup.

    The ref needs to swallow the whistle early in the game on stuff like this. Let the player vent some frustration for a bit and if they just keep going then you give them tech #1. Booker received a 2nd tech at a point where he should have been receiving no more than his first tech.

    To be fair, Nash would have had no shot of winning MVPs in today's league. Jokic, Embiid and Giannis all putting up crazy numbers on very good teams. Nash would have had better numbers in today's league, but he probably wouldn't command the best offense in the league either.
