    I agree except for the "salary relief" part. It makes no sense to manage costs when you have a one-year championship window. If the Suns have to take on value-negative contracts in order to give themselves a real shot, so be it. Ishbia better have understood that when he took the gig.

    You're probably right. But the Trump loyalists literally tried to overthrow our national government not that long ago, so I'm sure torpedoing the economy wouldn't be off the table for them, if they thought it would lead to their desired outcome.

    I agree with all of this, but I'm considering doing a massive sell if the debt ceiling isn't resolved in another few days. I'll miss some uptick if they come to a deal, but I'd be protecting myself against a crippling swoon. Monday is a holiday, so Friday is really the last day to get out.

    If that's correct, it should only mean that Ayton isn't going to Dallas. Ayton has his weaknesses and he has worn out his welcome in Phoenix, but he's worth more than three aging journeymen.

    Gotta admit, when I finally saw the trailer, I didn't think, "Oh, the Little Mermaid is black, that's weird." I thought, "Oh, that's right, the Little Mermaid is black, which has caused a bunch of morons to launch an outrage campaign on social media, that's a shame."

    I never understand this argument. If a major league shortstop airmails 10% of his throws to first, it's easy to recognize that this is a deficiency. You don't have to be able to do it yourself for the criticism to be valid.
