    I listened to an interview with Ossenfort after being here for a short time. He said they had a plan for this first year using the current scouting dept. After that he spoke about changing the scouting dept to the way he wants it. Getting rid of Harris isn't a shocker at all.

    Too many Steelers fans I know or work with brag about having the most SB wins. I'm definitely pulling for the 49ers to tie their 6 SB trophies. I don't have anything against the Chiefs but seeing them in so many SB's is getting old.

    Ravens -vs- 49ers SB & I think the 49ers get revenge for the regular season beat down. Chiefs could upset the Ravens but I highly doubt it. Ravens defense is better than the banged up Bills defense.

    Regardless of how this game turns out, this coaching staff gets these players to totally buy in. If we lose a spot or two in draft position I ain't sweating it, the future looks bright imo.
