    His plan seems like the secondary ended being more important, then draft a good DL & sign DL depth, he probably thought JG & NR could get more out of our edge rushers? Just a guess. One would have to think now he knows the DL needed & needs more attention. The trade deadline is approaching...

    I hope he comes back, makes a difference on the DL & Monti makes a move for an edge rusher. Yesterday showed what our offense can be, now if we can somehow get a few difference makers on our DL, then I like our chances to win the West.

    I've liked him & Monti from day 1, just the way they talked about their plans & culture, the types of players they're looking for etc etc. The players fight for JG, they play hard, the games they won last season with even less talent showed me that.
