    I would do it if you plan to pay him. He had arguably the most success with Gannon and we need pass rush. We have tons of cap space this year and next. An actual pass rush would help this defense greatly. Adding Reddick and Robinson coming off IR could do a world of good for this team. Problem...

    Feels like one of those games that if they lose it tears down all the good they’ve done in the view of the national media. I don’t personally feel that way. A win this week and anything can happen come bowl season. I don’t feel like any of their remaining games are un-winnable.

    I agree but if a dude making 40 million plus can’t do more with this offense then you reset the clock. You start over and maybe use the ridiculous amount of cap space next year on an actual football team. I don’t think this is all or even mostly on Kyler. I’m just saying if we are that bad...

    Yeah he had a run earlier where he would have gotten 10-15 off LG and went strait into the right side where all the traffic was. I think he will get there eventually

    Absolutely the draft and trades are on Monti. I don’t believe any GM leaves almost $40 mil unspent unless the owner told him he couldn’t.

    I agree, he didn’t have a strong leader at the top though. Starts at the top and from Keim (maybe even the owner) down there wasn’t a sense that leadership was very strong.

    Both of them happen to be working under solid head coaches. Plenty of coaches over the years have been really good coordinators but just can’t handle the lead role.
