    In this betting context it is regarding win total futures. If a team is 7-2 in one score games in 2022, they would be a regression candidate when projecting a 2023 win total.

    Probably a 2nd round pick. He's not cheap. He has two years left on his deal so you probably need to extend him. That's what keeps him from being a 1st rounder IMO. (also this draft looks great for defensive front players so I am not excited about trading top 100 picks.

    That is because QBR skews to QB rushing. I think it is fair for people to look at Kyler's individual stats and say that they do not reflect a top 10 QB even if there is a composite stat that does. PFF uses composite stats and that is why people are skeptical of their ranks at times.

    From a gambling aspect, you do tend to look at teams records in one score games and bet against those that had outlier records. Anything outside of the 40%-60% tends to regress to the mean.

    Tearing it down was a choice, not a necessity. You don't get credit for making decisions that make your goals harder to achieve.

    No. They are excuses. Putting yourself in a hole and then coming up with reasons you are staying in it are excuses. If you set yourself up for success, then you have the luxury of picking and choosing the "right" moves.
