Probably get blasted for this, but it just reminds me of Kyler saying he just naturally knows so much and see's so much in his huge brain that he doesn't need to study much. On its face, it's absolutely ludicrous.
I'm not giving up on him. But realistically I think he's a wash for two years. He will probably play next year but he won't be full Kyler. At full strength he's still gonna be the Kyler people already don't like though. I believe he can improve studying, he has a ton of time now.
This is a horrible QB injury, it ruins most of next year also. We're toast. Then the year he comes back, in two years, is a readjustment, so realistically it's not until 2024 or 25 until he's back to what everyone here already disliked.
Every defense knows where our pocket is. Every time. That's horrible coaching man. There's no variation in steps, no 5 steps or 7 steps or rpos it's all one place.
Agree. I will say having a HOF QB hides a lot of institutional dysfunction. Warner was so good he got people believing they knew what they were doing and they still believed that after he left. BA had a similar effect.
That effect is so strong it pervades even now, over a decade later.
