    I do not care for Payton the person but respect his results as a coach. As a fan I wanted him, but as a GM with probably only one shot at being successful, I would have not wanted him because it probably would have denied me from controlling my own destiny

    That might mean and probably won't mean nothing if Zimmer wants to coach in the NFL under Gannon who I believe was a protege of his... that USC OC job sure did not stop Kingsbury and I doubt being the heralded DC of Colorado U would deter Zimmer lol

    I started doing that even before the whole Miami Vice thing erupted, just felt better as a distance runner feeling the road without all that cushion and then that soggy sweat sound when I would hit about 8 miles during a South Texas summer lol

    I would expect this is not allowed, but if I was him, I would risk recording at least the audio from one of his interviews, and take that to a professional in human resources and find out what he is doing wrong, because his limbo from being promoted is baffling to say the least
