It's incumbent on management fo find a better backup before Stanton goes down (you do it the moment Palmer gets injured) and at least you have more options than a Lindley. I was impressed with Stanton, who's clearly as capable of Palmer, but neither is the QB of the future, so this should be...

Because the team was so good (most talent since I've been watching them), not managing QB personnel is a cardinal sin (no pun intended), and yes, a wasted year. With the everchanging personnel due to FA and the like, we will have a hard time duplicating our efforts this year. I don't care...

Great talent on defense, and solid offensive line wasted by inability of management to find a quarterback to replace Stanton -- so sad. Feel bad for Fitzgerald, though by now he'd probably be happy to pull a Q
