    That is a solid list...the question that needs to be asked is "what scheme?" That group is 50/50 34 vs 43...If we are willing to move on to a 43, the investment in player "types" needs to reflect that...

    It is usually for a 1st rounder who slipped into the second with a rival about to pick in close proximity! If we play our cards right, this could be a great offseason for us! Also look at a team like the Bears, after years of futility, you see how quickly they turned it around with the right...

We need solid picks across the board, no Chad Williams, (Picture SK, "look at me...I am the smart guy, finding talent at small schools wizard"), high risk-high reward...

    Kitchens has put in the work, cannot replace experience...I think if you follow Pederson and Nagy (and the like) you will see the common theme is that they were long time assistants vice lightning in a bottle type.

    I hope we interview both of them...I have ZERO issues with Williams baggage...My only concern is he has been a 4-3 coach, but he has shown the ability to adjust to his talent level...
