I've lived in Los Angeles since 1993 and I have never met a Cardinals fan here outside of an NFL stadium. I grew up in Phoenix and have many many friends still there. Not a single Cardinal fan among them. Sure, some of them "root" for the Cardinals, but they are not actual fans.- Cheesewater

The example would have to be that the roughing the qb came on 4th down AFTER the ball was incomplete. I can't say that I remember seeing that situation but I'll take your word for it if it happens all the time. Do you have such an example?- Cheesewater

It was 4th down. As soon as the ball hit the ground, possession changes regardless of any infraction that occurs after that. It's pretty clear.- Cheesewater
