    also worth noting a needed growth period for the offense and defense. Add in injuries to key players. One really has to be impressed with this team’s season accomplishments. We are what our record says we are and nothing more or less.

    For Gannon it’s all about the interview. Pay a lot of attention to who the birds have conversations with during senior bowl week practices. It appears we give a lot of weight for personalities fitting our system and football smarts.

    With 4 divisional games remaining who are all .500 with a legitimate shot at the West title? Not sold on the much easier other than maybe easier than starting the season with an 8 game gauntlet:) Personally it just gets harder with the added expectations from the fanbase.

    I’m not sure Robinson’s return solidifies anything that is of concern about the defense. A boatload of turnovers by the hawks would ease my concerns but I don’t see thr happening:)

    Down three starters, why would one expect a different outcome? The goodness, its early in the season and the minutes given those who wouldn’t receive them ordinarily will pay dividends down the road.
