    The (limited) success went to a lot of people's heads... Booker, Monty, Jones, Ayton, etc. etc... That's also affected a lot of folks who came along to the franchise later, IMO. They acted like they had already won it all when in fact they hadn't won anything.

    Yup, this. Hopefully, Vogel AND James Jones get their walking papers... and Ishbia hires a real front office manager that isn't just a clown left over from Sarver. And then take a hard look at the roster and make some tough personnel decisions about the so called "Big Three."
