    I’ve been a Cardinals’ fan for a long, long, long time. That 68 yard field goal try was probably the stupidest thing i’ve ever seen in a Cardinals game. Bar none.

    Cardinals wow the game. Maybe they shouldn’t have, but they win, Minnesota lost. Move on.

    After watching preseason games, I figured Cardinals would be lucky to win 3 games. Thoughts changed after road win over Tennessee. My win guess meter went all the way to 11 games. Now, I’m unsure. I’m celebrating the win and that we’re 2-0, but I’m fearful that victories will be harder to come...

    Cards played terrible defense. Didn’t deserve to win that game…but they did. An ugly 2-0 looks a lot better than 1-1. Looks like all West teams will be 2-0, so it’s good to keep pace.

    I’m curious about Collins. How could he get so much hype and not be on the field more than he was against Tennessee. Collins clearly has talent and a tantalizing upside, but I’m glad the Cards didn’t ship off Hicks, last year’s starter.

    Who will have a better Season: Simmons or Collins

    Over the years, I’ve tired of the GM’s over-hyping our first and second round draft picks. I desperately want our top guys to succeed, but the reality is that there have been far too many swings and misses of top picks. I’m hoping these excellent collegiate linebackers excel in the NFL.

    15 thoughts - Chiefs game, preseason

    Sorry, I didn’t see that much to like. Thought it was a pedestrian effort. Cardinals were playing a team that was in the last Super Bowl. Was expecting a better performance from players and coaches. If they can’t get up for this one, I wonder who they will get up for.
