Not directed at you K9 per se...I probably need to be more specific. Just players in general (see PJJ, Ojulari, McBride, etc). Theme as of late for me. Edit - the Will Anderson vs PJJ debate is another example. We don't draft a prospect for 1 year.- TheCardFan

Agreed. Offenses have changed and we should expect someone "generational" to have a bigger impact today. Certainly bigger than an undersized WR2 in Slim Reaper. However, you missed the original point from BirtCard and the point of my response (below).- TheCardFan

Larry had 110 targets and CJ had 93 vs Slim Reaper's 104 - all rookie seasons. Trey McBride had 106 targets and Hollywood had 101 - this year. If MHJ isn't going to have the impact of a Chase/Jefferson/etc - is he truly "generational"?- TheCardFan

I think this is a fair point. We are all assuming he is going to come in and have 1,500 yards and 10 td's in year 1. It's not like people are saying he is the #1 WR in the draft - they are saying he might be the best WR to come out since Calvin Johnson. Calvin Johnson rookie year (15 games)...- TheCardFan
