I actually liked these a lot: The Waterboy Reign Over Me Coneheads I don't know how anything can be worse than Going Overboard.

    The Favourite

Agreed. My wife and I watch all the best picture nominees and we couldn't believe this one was nominated. The costumes were great and the acting was decent, but the film was uninteresting.

    The 39 Steps (1935)

Yeah, I looked into that further and saw that most of his early stuff is lost. I'll have to do a Hitchcock marathon one of these days. I've only seen 10 or so of his most notable films.

    The 39 Steps (1935)

The 39 Steps is a 1935 British thriller film directed by Alfred Hitchcock and starring Robert Donat and Madeleine Carroll. It is very loosely based on the 1915 adventure novel The Thirty-Nine Steps by John Buchan.[3] It concerns an everyman civilian in London, Richard Hannay, who becomes caught...

American Made .... Tom Cruise as Barry Seal.

This was a fun ride; never let up. It's my understand that it wasn't supposed to be a biopic, so I'm not sure why everyone is so upset about the casting. Also, a lot of the scenes were completely made up, such as the plane crash and then taking off on the kid's bike, which was hilarious. Doug...

    Tesla

That's too bad. Tesla is one of my favorite people from history. I was looking forward to this one.

    Scream (1996)

Interesting. I don't remember if I watched them and if so it was prior to when I started logging my movies, so i don't know. Perhaps I'll give them a shot.

    Scream (1996)

Yeah, killing Barrymore was so original. This is still a great film after all these years. I can't remember whether I liked the sequels so I'll probably stay away.

    Mother!

I didn't see a thread for this one. Mother! (stylized as mother!)[3] is a 2017 American psychological horror film written and directed by Darren Aronofsky, and starring Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris, and Michelle Pfeiffer. The plot follows a young woman whose tranquil life...

    What are you watching?

Yeah not boring. I’ll probably watch all 3 shows from start to finish eventually. I have great memories of watching mash with my grandma.

    Cobra Kai (Netflix)

I didn’t know either. And yeah, it’s one of the most iconic lines in my movie watching history.

    Official Camping Thread

We camped up on the Mogollon Rim over labor day weekend. Left for home at 6:30am on Monday and didn't hit any traffic! Had the RV back in storage by 10am and had the entire day to goof off. We'll probably do one more quick weekend trip up north in the next couple weeks and then we're planning a...

    What are you watching?

Loved Banshee. Currently working on That 70's Show, Two and a Half Men, What We Do in the Shadows, and a rewatch of Lost, The Walking Dead and The Sopranos. This is my first rewatch all the way through The Sopranos, so I'm having a blast. Started Dark on netflix when I'm on the bike trainer...

    The Walking Dead (AMC)

I'm not one to give up on shows, but I have to admit I wasn't disappointed when I switched from Vue to YoutubeTV and lost all my FTWD episodes. Not sure where we were, but my son is the biggest TWD fan I know and he wasn't disappointed either. On a separate note, my son, daughter and I have...

    That '70s Show

He didn't even call her. They just told us he broke up with her after she was hanging out with the new dude a lot. Netflix just removed this show and we're half way through season 8! Jerks! Would have been nice to have a warning so we could have expedited our watching.

    300 (Frank Miller)

Rewatched this one recently for the first time. Still a fun flick. This is a good thread to read through as well. There hasn't been a good historical battle movie in a long time. Gladiator was 20 years ago and Braveheart was 25.
