    Peoples-Jones is putting a whipping on the Cards' DBs. What a frustrating end to the half. Very exciting football game to watch though - probably my fave of the year.

    I hope we don't get conservative with the play calling in the second half. Keep throwing the ball deep. Crossing routes and play action will work against these guys.

    Peoples-Jones is a player. I liked him in the draft as a mid-late round pick. He is a great blocker and seems to be catching everything. Very complete at the WR position.

    Kyler is getting predictable with the deep drops. Probably has to do that to stay healthy, but if I am a d lineman, I am taking notes.

    I agree. Once you go to the head of the QB it always gets called. At least Blandino said that when we got a very tricky tack personal foul against Stafford two weeks ago. Blandino is not consistent in his judgment -- comes off as bias to me.

    What a bummer, he was probably the best tight end I can remember on the Cards. He played really well in the run game and caught everything thrown. Also really got along well with the team. They were devasted when he got hurt. I think it affected the play on field after.

    I agree on all items here. Especially the way Murray kept dropping back. If he stepped up in the pocket -- there would have been to to pass, or especially to take off running. It was a good gameplan on the d-line for SF. I would imagine we see other teams play it similar.

    I agree. This is the first year in several that I have watched a good amount of teams other the Cardinals. I think Thompson is playing at a pro bowl level. Probably won't get it this year, but he doesn't have a weakness to his game. With the way the NFL works, seems like next year he will...

    He has really filled the Larry Fitz role nicely. He is playing closer to a middle aged Fitz not the Fit from the last two years. He has such a giant catch radius and boxes out the defender like a basketball player. It seems like he is always open

    I think Kupp played like a scared child because he was worried about Thompson back there. Him and Budda together are a really physical combo. They can play the run, pass and deliver some real hits.

    So many good players tonight it is tough to pick a top 3. If pressed I would go with: Kyler Murray Jalen Thompson Maxx Williams Honorable mention to Rodney Hudson, who led an offensive line that was down 2 starters, and some shaky early play from Josh Jones to a spectacular performance.

    So many weapons on offense. KM is like a surgeon, just picking them apart. Good play calling -- lots of one-one matchups and open field for runners.

    I agree. An accidental touch to the side of the helmet is way different than pulling the facemask of Kyler. I am all about protecting the QB, but this is still football -- can't start calling touch fouls. The pendulum on these QB calls have gone a bit too far.

    For an all pro corner, Jalen Ramsey sure hits the receiver and doesn't play the ball. I could easily see him getting tons of pass interfence calls. He seems to get an inordinate amount of respect from the refs and the announcers.

    Rondale Moore is such a nice weapon, tough to game plan against him with all the other talent out there.
