    I mentioned it in an earlier thread, but there was (at least) one play in the second half where if Smith would have taken one step to the left, he was clear for 15-20 yds. if not more. Instead, he runs directly into the pile o' blockers. So frustrating to watch.

    Not sure if this was the same play I was thinking of, because on one play there was nobody...NOBODY in front of him if he moves one foot to the left, let all he wanted to do was plow straight ahead into the pile. All I could do was scream at the TV again.

    That damn 3rd & 2 at the end killed us. Oh well, at least it was an entertaining game. The schedule ahead doesn't look promising, but stranger things have happened! Still, it's nice to see an actual quarterback for a change.
