    Anyone played Ghostbuster?

Looks kind of fun, but like Force Unleashed, I'll get it when it comes down to the under $30 range. I'm sure it's fun and all that, but I just can't see paying $60 for a game that takes 7-8 hours to beat. If I pay $60 I expect to get a lot of use out of it, Ghostbusters just doesn't offer that.

    Insecure LeBron

No, he plays for my favorite team, so it's ok when he does it.:p

    Insecure LeBron

I remember that, the most impressive thing was the fact that you did it in a wheel chair, that was awesome.

    Insecure LeBron

The ESPN story confirms that the tape was confiscated after talking with James about it. LeBron got his feelings hurt and didn't want it seen by the public, boo hoo. I like James less and less with every passing month.

    ESPN: Boozer to Chicago rumor

They have Millsap to fill the starting role and probably feel that Thomas still has potential. He's a young, very athletic forward who with the right coaching could be a pretty good player. I would certainly take Thomas if I were the Jazz, he could be a worth while investment. Why wouldn't they...

    McDyess to Spurs?

I have to agree, the guy averages 9.6pts and 9.8 boards. Good numbers for a role player, but that was with an average of 30.1 min a game. He was putting in solid backup numbers with starter minutes. I don't think I would have used a full MLE on him in most cases. For SA though, it was the best...

    Artest to Lakers

He was, yes, but they are friends off the court. Once the game begins, there are no friends, only opponents. Ron and Kobe were both trying to advance in the playoffs and spent a lot of the game in direct competition with one another. When they aren't facing off on court they are friends, and now...

    IMac Hard Drive

Wow, a lot of work to replace a HD. Doesn't look TOO bad, but still pretty wierd that Apple made a HD replacement so hard to do. You would think they would design it like a laptop with a removable panel on the back covering just the HD. HD's generally wear out long before the rest of the...

Rasheed Wallace to sign with Celtics

    I forgot about Perkins, thanks.

Rasheed Wallace to sign with Celtics

I just assumed that Wallace would backup Garnett and provide insurance. If they're losing Davis though what are they going to do? Move Garnett to center and start Wallace at the 4?

Jason Kidd to return to Dallas

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4307928 Not a huge story IMO, Kidd isn't that great anymore but Dallas wanted to keep him and it looks like they got their wish. Not a big deal, Dallas isn't a contender for anything anyway.

Rasheed Wallace to sign with Celtics

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4307834 If true, it puts Boston back in the #1 position in the East IMO. Could be a big move for Boston, this year has been a real arms race between the league elite. I can't remember the last time I saw this much talent moving teams in such a short...

    Pistons Gordon and Villanueva

Detroits problem is they are a team of role players. Everyone is pretty good, but no one is great. Adding Gordon and Villanueva is just more of the same. They should be good enough for about the 5th seed or so, and 2nd round at best. Doesn't really seem worth all that money to me.

    Turkoglu to Portland per ESPN

I'm with you man, we should team up and buy the Grizzlies! :D

    Turkoglu to Portland per ESPN

Toronto has a huge Turkish population? Wow, I didn't know that. I guess that makes more sense, it was just confusing to see him opt for a team with no chance of winning anything.

    Turkoglu to Portland per ESPN

Well, in the end, Toronto has just a little bit more money to offer and highest bidder apparently wins. Surprising that a guy like Hedo who has been around as long as he has would take the deal with Toronto over the Blazers. I figured after all these years that he was ready to sign with someone...

    Turkoglu to Portland per ESPN

Wow, that situation changed gears in a hurry! Looks like now it's a no for Portland.. wild stuff.

    Turkoglu to Portland per ESPN

On another note, Orlando was stupid to let Hedo go in favor of Vince Carter. Brandon Roy is going to love having another guy that can score when the team needs a basket. I have to admit, while I'm not a Blazers fan, I admire the way they are building their team. They are being smart and...

    Turkoglu to Portland per ESPN

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4304805 Another big move, Turkoglu adds even more fire power to an already potent Blazer team. I have to believe this puts Portland in the Wests top 3 with LA and San Antonio. Huge move for them, they're going to be tough to beat this year.

    Jackson to return to Lakers

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4304612 Looks like Phil is going to go another year. Glad to hear it, but I have to seriously wonder if this will be his last run. With Jacksons health issues, I can't see him coaching much longer, this might be his last Hurrah. Time will tell, but...

    Artest To Sign With Lakers

Artest is actually a pretty big upgrade, yes. He defends as good or better then Ariza and scores more then twice as much. Add in the fact that he brings the Lakers the tough edge that they lack and he's a significant upgrade. The upside to Ariza was his age and the fact he's probably only going...

Are the Lakers Ruining the NBA?

No need man, it's understandable. As Suns fan, you have a right to be angry and if I were in your position (and I have been as a Cardinals fan) I would feel the exact same way. Perfectly understandable, and no hard feelings at all. I think this is a big part of it. I think personally that...

The 2009-10 Los Angeles Lakers thread

Good article Renz, Ariza's agent is an idiot for sure. Too bad it ended up screwing over Ariza in the end, I really liked that guy. I agree though, the Lakers need some more attitude and Artest brings plenty of that.
