    I agree, HOWEVER Mr. Moreno has certainly shown he is willing to go out there and make an impact I.E. Vlad, Colon, Escobar, Guillen. I dont doubt he wouldnt be inclined to go after RJ too.....

    Dont count Pedrique out just yet. He has experience coaching yonger players, which can actually benefit this team. If he can get 100% out of all our players, which i dont think Brenly could do, then he may be able to win himself the job permanantly.

    I think McPherson has a lot more upside, though Kotchman is major league rady practically. The Angels had him starting for awhile when their injuries got really bad. I saw him at a few games and he looks pretty decent. Could develop power.

    Besides we upgraded with Sexson....Our problem is that Sexson is not in our lousy lineup. We also are seriously hurting without Curts presense. His attitude was one that could fire up a team. We dont have that this year....

    I sit here wondering simply if losing curt has hurt this team emotionally more than anything. He was the heart and the soul of this club, and though the team is potentially good enough without him, the intagables are really killing us this year....

    Hillenbrand is an everday player, who can put up good numbers and drive in over 100 runs. He was slumping before. We need to find a way to get him in the lineup whever Sexon comes back.
