    Possible legal issues/off field red flags = you can't take him top 10 IMO. If Carter slides a lot...then yes his talent outweighs those concerns at some point....but its like bottom half of round 1 for me. Will Anderson it is. He is everything you want out of a defensive leader and edge prospect.
