“Won’t win me over until the end of May” – Sky Sports pundit not convinced on Enzo Maresca
One Sky Sports pundit who also happens to be a Chelsea fans is yet to be convinced by head coach Enzo Maresca this season.
The news comes after Chelsea played out a boring 0-0 draw against Brentford in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon in what was another underwhelming performance.
EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea add new name to the new striker pursuit – plus updates on Benjamin Sesko, Liam Delap, Victor Osimhen and more!!
Enzo Maresca frustrated Chelsea fans once again with a heavily rotated starting lineup in such an important game in the race for Champions League qualification, and then he annoyed them even more with some of the excuses he came out with after the game, even blaming the weather!
The Blues boss was also frustrated though, pointing out the fact that his attackers are currently not doing enough and has called for more goals from them all.
Maresca and his players must keep going now and onto the next game later this week in the Conference League as they look to try and win some silverware this season.
Paul Merson is a Chelsea fan and also a Sky Sports pundit, and he was reviewing the Brentford game this week in his latest Sky Sports column.

Paul Merson worried about Chelsea on Sky Sports.
Merson is not happy, he says:
‘Chelsea might have to finish ahead of Manchester City to qualify for the Champions League, in an era when every team that finished ahead of City won the Premier League.
‘Maresca won’t win me over until the end of May. People tell me that Chelsea are doing well, but they’ve got one of the biggest squads in the world and they aren’t even close to winning the Premier League.
‘Man City and Arsenal have dominated the Premier League the last two years and Chelsea are a million points off the title in the year they drop off.
‘And these players are going to be together for the next six or seven years because of their contracts. It’s madness, absolutely madness.
‘Six big-money players are currently out on loan because they aren’t playing so it might be an absolute disaster if they do not get Champions League football next season.’
