1 – YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!

2 – Thank you, Bill O’Brien. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

3 – I think it is kind of fun to watch Dre Kirkpatrick play. He certainly gets beat from time to time, but he and his opponent are always in highly intense battles.

4 – There certainly is a big the difference between Chase Edmonds in a fulltime role and Chase Edmonds in a complementary role.

5 – In two months Haason Reddick has gone from major bust to a high-priority re-signing-must.

6 – Of all the quarterbacks that played in this round, Josh Allen had the second longest time to throw on average. That is not really good.

7 – Last year I often praised Jalen Thompson, but I did not expect him to make this jump in level. He is a very legitimate contributor.

8 – Especially for a guy that has just been elevated from the practice squad, Trevon Coley was playing really well.

9 – Bad red zone offense (or inside the Bills’ last 30 yards). Four field goals on seven trips are not good enough.

10 – Even when you wish that Fitz would drop the ball cleanly, he keeps it from hitting the ground. #Interception

11 – Justin Pugh has consistently been their best offensive lineman all season.

12 – It is pretty wild, but I kind of feel that Kyler Murray is underrated. He is a top-, top-, top quarterback. Top three or, maximum, top five in the NFL.

13 – Yes, Dan Arnold stepped up and had some key catches, but the best part about him is still his name.

14 – It is a little strange that Kenyan Drake from week to week is either one of the NFLs runningbacks that are running most north/south or that are running least north/south. There is seemingly no middle ground.

15 – Bruce Arians always said that rookies were not ready until Thanksgiving. Maybe that will hold true with Isaiah Simmons. Clearly an upwards trending level of play.

The only one I disagree with is 9. The Bills had to settle for 3 fg’s. We had to settle for 3 fg’s. Difference was they couldn’t get past our 35 yard line.

Look forward to your post every week . Good job!

Do you not see how 5 and 6 contradict?

Reddick's main job is to create pressure - he's not really doing a good enough job of that.

@BritCard Cian can go overboard with somethings. However, we still got some things to clean up

I agree with Shane on this one, Proximo. I think the loss of Chandler Jones had been much worse if not for Reddick and, to a lesser extent, Golden.

I don't agree with all his takes here, although he has an overall point regarding some of the stuff Kliff did. He's definitely right about Kylers ball placement. It is an issue. Thats hard to fathom when you see the pin point throw to Nuk for the win, his issue is more on routine passes. Like the game ending throw to Kirk in the loss to the Bills.

There were two obvious ones I recall on Sunday. The pass to Larry that led to the INT was low and behind Larry, which was inexcusable as he was wide open. Most WR's wouldn't have even got close to catching that and you can't blame Larry for his great effort, was just unlucky.

There was a one on one in EZ between Nuk and a DB where there ball was thrown so the DB could get to it, where it should have been behind Nuk so he could turn back to it and box out the DB for an easy TD. Both Harry and I commented on it in the game thread.

It's the little things like this that are frustrating. Yes, Kyler is awesome in many ways, but do the simple things right like throw the pass back shoulder for a TD and you don't need to do the amazing scrambles and pin point EZ passes to win the game with 2 seconds left.

How many times have we thrown it to Dhop inside the 10 when he has 1/1 coverage? I can think of 1 (bad throw/wasn't high enough). I think that is a valid criticism. What is more astounding...9/10 times Kyler doesn't even look Dhop's way when the ball is snapped. We are missing out on those opportunities.

I am a KK fan but also valid criticism for him. He does play not to lose (opposite of BA). You can't argue with the results of the offense but there are certainly opportunities to get better (including penalties).

"Play not to lose" coaches fear going on 4th. down.

If we were down by three with thirty seconds left... fourth and one on the fifteen going in..... kliff would be afraid to go for it.

going for it means little in the second quarter at mid field

it’s situational like everything else and when the situation gets tense kliffs scrotum shrivels up

I think Reddick will price himself out of AZ and that will be ok. The number has to be 12 mil or higher. Are you ready to pay 60 mil for 1 year of production? Might be better to use the franchise tag on him.

Right.... because we all know that turning over the ball at mid-field at any point in the game will have no real effect on the final outcome.

P.S. the "smart" move in your scenario is to in fact kick the three. I prefer caution in these cases to gonads equaling stupidity.

You're paying for future production, as you can appreciate.

He's found his niche. (IMO)

We do many things differently to other teams in the EZ, especially involving Kylers legs.

Sadly, that goes both ways and we don't often do the simple things that other teams do in the EZ that are bread and butter. Like simple rub routes, 5 yard comebacks, back shoulder throws, fades etc.

re: Reddick

he has been good, sometimes very good. Not great though

i think he is far better suited at a 4-3 OLB than playing 3-4 OLB. 3-4 OLB has to set a hard edge in the run game, and that isnt his strength.

It’s a good point, Chopper. I tend to think that contracts will be strongly affected by corona, and I doubt that anyone is willing to pay Reddick 11-12 million or more in the current market. It might very well be that he will test his worth, though.

Kyle Van Noy got 4yrs 51 mil (12.75 per year)...last year. I get that vet contracts might be lower, but pass rushers get paid over market even in bad markets. Lots of older edge rush FA next year whose salaries may get pushed down, but the under 30 class is Bud Dupree, Shaq Barrett, Clowney, Ngakoe, Leonard Floyd, and Haason Reddick. 9 teams who currently have over 30 mil in cap space.

I do. That said, Reddick is an undersized OLB who is a liability vs the run. Paying a role player full time dollars is almost always a mistake.

You say that, but I haven't seen him get rolled in the run game.

And since Chandler went down he has been more than a role player and holding up quite well. IMO.

I think the not passing to DHop when he is 1/1 is on Murray as I think he still wants to find the open man rather then trust his WR.
