The Cards were 6-6 after week 13 in 1998. The Cardinals dropped to 6-7 with a home loss to the NY Giants in week 14 (I remember that game..it was cold as hell). The Cards then proceeded to win the last 3 games of the season ( 1 road game, 2 home) to earn the 6th seed NFC wildcard. Is history repeating itself? Personally I really hope the Cards can manage to beat Seattle as it will be very tough for the Cards to win 3 straight.

If my memory serves me correctly, didn't we win the last three games of '98 on the last play of the game?

yes, we had a K who could actually make clutch kicks. That's the biggest difference between the two teams. Oh, and that K was picked up after week 8.

I flew in the week of the San Diego game. That was my last game at SDS. It was also my Wife's first ever Cardinal game.

I will never forget it for the rest of my life. I can still smell the the rotten beer emanating from the concrete below me.

What a great day to be a Cards fan.

Was my first ever Cards game too. Was sweet. My mommy bought us tickets while we were visiting gramma for X-Mas.

I remember that one too. It had snowed up in Cave Creek, and rained during the entire game.

I went to get some coffee at halftime and had to wait in line for the entire 3rd quarter only to find out they had run out of coffee. I had to settle for hot water!

I was at the last game of the season that year. The memories of seeing the goal post fall.

I remember in the Saints game - the 1st flyover by the Cardinals jetliner - tyhe players all looked up at it, the crowd cheered, teh Cards won.

I flew in for the Cards victory over the Bears. They should had a shutout that day. Kramer hit a deep one on us in the last minute. Ronald McKinnon had three picks a ran a blocked punt for a 1st down.

I remember the Bears onsides kick after that. Had to be the longest onsides kick of all time, the ball ended up being spotted around the 25 yard line if I remember correctly.
