Those power rankings look reasonable to me except I would not have put Miami so high, and I think the Suns will definitely be better than Philadelphia. Unfortunately the Suns will have to do better than this to make the playoffs. The Western Conference might not be quite as top-heavy as it has been the last two years, but it is extremely deep.

I think the top four are basically agreed upon, beyond that it is all conjecture and speculation.

There is no way to tell, at this point, how teams will come together or fall apart.

Not to mention the coaching change that has not exactly proven to be an upgrade.

Small, finesse, "hustle" teams with no interior defense never do well in subjective "power rankings." Get used to it. If Suns fans want their respect, they'll have to hope it comes in the form of wins.
