2008 ticket prices

FWIW:

A co-worker just told me that her pair of D-backs season tickets dropped from $1900 to only $1100.

Her seats are really good. Lower level just above the left field bullpen.

She was told that they restructured the pricing in certain parts of the stadium and generally lowered all of the season ticket prices. They also said they will likely increase single game tickets.

1,100 for two? I'm DEFINITELY down for ST at that price.

My parents have season tix, 1st base line 25th row. The tix prices dropped so they upgraded to club seats for nearly the same price. Now they can get food and beverages served directly to them. Can't wait for that!

Thats all good ,though I do wish they still had the $1 section. I loved that, just show up an hour early, buy that seat and then move over/down (I know, Im evil). But as a just out of college person, it was great, my costs for D'backs games have now quintupled!

It's cool they are lowering season ticket prices which I guess the are hoping to get more season ticket holders and bring more people in to the games but most people don't have the money and/or time to be a season ticket holder and go to a lot of games and that leaves those who just go when they can with higher ticket prices.

Either way, it looks like they are at least trying to make things better and hopefully they can draw bigger crowds.

i'm getting season tix myself. there's no way they are selling 2 lower level seats next to the bullpen for 82 games for only $1100, however. that price is probably the half season or 28 game plan.

i think that might make attendance lower than last year unfortunately. the main reason people didn't go to games was that they didn't have time, or the drive was too long with construction. now there will be extra whining about ticket prices going up IMO.

most season tickets are about 50% of the single game price - some good deals there
