Good times. 2 3-4 defenses, 2 4-3 defenses, 4 franchise quarterbacks or better.

I like that we play will play 2 very good QB's (Rodgers and Romo) and play an above average QB in Rivers. I don't think Peyton will play the 4th week, but if he does then we for sure have gotten our defense some snaps against very good talent before the season starts.

Glad that game 4 is on the road as its the biggest waste of money. Almost all the starters are sitting. At least game 3 is here when the starters play almost 3 quarters.

Game 1: Peterson gets burned on a back shoulder fade twice before Rodgers takes the rest of the night off.

Game 2: Idiot fans in blue invade the U of P and try to convince us the Romo contract was totally justified. He throws an INT to shut them up. His backup plays better and the Cowpukes win the game. Too bad it doesn't mean anything.

Game 3: The defense beats the crap out of San Diego. Chargers get nothing going under Rivers. He throws a tantrum. Cards fans sit on the edge of their seats because even though it is the preseason, we can't remember the last time the Cards shut anyone out. (San Diego kicks a field goal in garbage time to blow it.)

Game 4: Peyton Manning doesn't play. Brock comes in and scorches our backups. QB's are running for their lives. We limp into Week One wondering if our OL will ever improve.

The Cards will almost always finish against Denver or San Diego in the preseason. Teams don't like traveling far by week 3 and 4 of the preseason and the NFL general schedules the closest non conference team to play each other.
