Why would Butler be a lock? He has $500k guaranteed on a two year deal. There’s very little to suggest that he’s good. Does he play special teams well? He played 6 snaps for Dallas on special teams last year.

Veteran with size and vertical speed. Different type of player from Fitz, Kirk, and Chad. Is arguably one of the teams three vertical WRs, and he is the only one with size other than Agudosi. If the idea is a diverse WR corp, Butler makes the squad.
