Reminds me of when Avery Johnson ran onto the court during one of the Suns fast break in the 2004 (?) Mavs/Suns series

That's nothing Mick Cronin would have been 4 feet further out with both hands up

Just great, Looney now sick. Said he can play tonight but likely no more than 20 minutes. JaMychal Green will start in his place.

Not a total surprise given Payton was sick in the Sacramento series it's possible whatever he had, Looney has now.

Heard a stat the other day, the last 15 times a home team loses game 1 they turn around and win game 2.

Looks like bad Jordan Poole so far tonight. His defense is pathetic. Continue to wonder why no Kuminga if they want to push the pace to wear down LeBron and Davis, put in better athletes, Kuminga and Payton, and get better defense.

Tough to win if the guys you want shooting 3's keep making them. 2 from LeBron, 1 from Vanderbilt and 2 from Hachimura who admittedly has admittedly been making them in the playoffs but shot 30% from 3 in the regular season.

Total no show so far for Wiggins, they need him to step up. 6 minutes 0 points rebounds or assists, just 1 block

It's hard to expect much from someone that was out as long as he was with so little time to get back into shape (mental and physical). I know that's not true of every player but it's true more often than not IMO.

Glad Van Gundy said it he's such a great shooter you forget what a good passer Steph is. 2 great kicks for 3's that went down.

True but he's played really well so far in the playoffs. Literally as I hit send on that post, he scored so hopefully he'll pick it up.

With Looney limited they're going to have to rebound by committee and Wiggins is the long freaky athletic guy that can step up there

Hachimura 29.6% from 3 regular season, 4-4 tonight.

a friend who's at the game said they can't find GP2 on the bench, I'm looking on tv and I don't see him either.

It's a block but they won't overturn it because it's close enough they'll go with the original call.

Wiggins keeps trying to do that euro and the Lakers are just sitting on it.

I don't think I've seen a star player disappear quite like Anthony Davis does. 2/7 from the field for 4 points and 5 rebounds???

Only 4 FT's for the lakers all in the last minute.

I guess the refs don't care but both Curry and LeBron do it and it's getting comical. They catch the ball and turn and run upcourt without dribbling. Steph does it all the time and on that last play where Poole stupidly fouled Schroder, LeBron did it before he passed it ahead. The whole Warriors bench was calling for the walk.

Friend says Payton was there in shootaround but they think he's not on the bench at all, no idea what's going on ESPN hasn't said a thing.

Obviously Payton was there in the 2nd half no idea if he was really missing or not in the first half.

Nice game

Didn't watch the game, did Poole get hurt or something? Box score shows he barely played

He wasn't good in the first half and they blew the game open in the 2nd half so the normal rotation changed so Poole's minutes were significantly cut.

He committed a lot of silly fouls and never got into a rhythm offensively. He’s a turnstile defensively and very streaky on offense. Talented player, but still a lot to learn, especially in the playoffs.

Horrible defender. Really regressed this year he's so talented on offense but he's been very disappointing this season expected the next step to be forward not backwards.

Word, I like parts of Poole's game but the defense and maturity aren't his best assets

There's a video clip circulating with Green high diving guys coming over to the bench for a time out. Poole tries to avoid him and gives him a weird reluctant hand maneuver. Green hesitates and then it looks like he leans in to say something to Poole who seemingly ignores Green. That situation probably not going past this season one way or another.

I want the NBA to open allow one more franchise into the league

A team specifically for all the talented but agro jerkoffs - call them something like the Cast Aways or Alphaholes or Rechecks idk lol but a team everyone can hate

Front court

Trea Young
Jordan Poole
Dillon Brooks
Patrick Beverley
