Does anyone see any running backs in this class they consider home runs?

I see a bunch of change of pace, RB2, third down back types but nobody that really stands out to me as a bellcow or even bellcow potential guy.

As things stand on the Big Board aggregator the highest rated running back is TreVeyon Henderson at 50. 2nd is Blake Corum at 67. Those are the only 2 guys with (barely) round 2 grades.

One of the worst RB classes in awhile.

He seems like the best option in a weak class.

Rocket Sanders might be interesting but I don't see any Breece Hall's or Michael Carter's (K9).

Thanks for the correction! But he still meets the criteria of @cheesebeef's post to which I was replying - WRs who produced on multiple teams lately. And if rather than trading for him, Buffalo had waited until he was a FA and given him the same contract, he would've had just as much success on his second team.

Had to look that one up! Sounds like the kind of WR who would be worth a top of the value FA contract. T.O., despite being unhinged, probably meets that criterion as well. Aside from that, buyer beware on giving huge contracts to skill-position FAs.

Diggs was the best part of a pretty mid Minnesota offense. I think those are the guys you're gonna get some value from.

What you don't want to do is spend money on the second or third option of an elite passing offense.

Listening to the Athletic's Prospects to Pros podcast yesterday this was the consensus with them as well.

If there is any positions that you can just throw 2-3 pretty good players at and still excel, it's RB.

Draft a Henderson in round three and sign a priority UDFA and the Cardinals will be fine.

I think Blake Corum could be very much like Kenneth Walker of the Seahawks. Fireplug build-- 5-8, 215. I think he just hit one year removed from an ACL, so he likely will be even better next year.

I like also Braelon Allen, Wisconsin. 6-2, 245 with some juice. 3rd / 4th round. Wisc RBs seem to translate into the NFL.

I think Corum is meh.

I don't see anything close to Walker, Taylor, Breece Hall etc. Not even sure there is a Javonte Williams or David Montgomery.

Here are The Athletic's updated projections after week 10:

Looks as though the Giants and Panthers -> Bears almost locks for #1 and #2 in some order, with a full 1 game gap in projected wins before the Patriots and Cards; then almost another full game gap to the Bears.

Of course, now that Murray has returned, I'd expect the results on the field and the model's projections to continue increasing the Cards' win total. But based solely on the current projections, it looks as though the Cards still have a shot at a top-3 pick but only if the Patriots win more than expected.

I'm curious what people think about Harvey from UCF. He looked really good in the UCF/OSU blowout game last week. 206 yds. Over 100 yds the last 5 games.

It sounded like he's a kid that's coming on lately. He looked durable and fast. But I'm biased.

Kind of undersized now that I'm looking at it. 5'8" 195 lb.

There are a dozen of these guys every year. Another TJ Logan.

That's the problem with this years class. Lots of TJ Logan's. The best guy's are James Conner level, if that.

The FA class for RB is pretty good next year. I wouldn't be surprised if we skipped drafting a RB (outside of some low round long shot guy they like) and improved the room in FA.

Respectfully disagree. JC and Demercado have missed several games.

We need a solid/young RB with upside to add to the mix.

I think that would leave us super vulnerable at RB yet again while knowing we're setting ourselves up to be so. I don't think Monti is going that route. Can't disagree on your list of our biggest needs, though.

Of the disappointing top two pick performances Caleb was better than Maye. Maye's accuracy dips tremendously against quality opponents.

Still rooting for both to go top 2. Would love it if a team falls for Bo Nix as well.

Of the disappointing top two pick performances Caleb was better than Maye. Maye's accuracy dips tremendously against quality opponents.

Still rooting for both to go top 2. Would love it if a team falls for Bo Nix as well.

Caleb is #1, no doubt about it. I think Nix will wind up being taken before Maye. JMO right now. We will see.
