SEC basketball has continued to have an impressive rise as a dominant hardwood conference, bringing that to the NCAA tournament in record fashion.

Led by Florida, Tennessee, and Auburn in 2025, the conference, long considered a football power, has shifted its stronghold in basketball, which tips off March Madness with 14 (of 16) teams in the bracket.

The record-breaking Selection Sunday has many fans looking to the future of each SEC team, which begins with the senior class hooping it up at the high school level. (That, and, of course, the transfer portal.)
